The New York State Office of Alcohol and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS) helps to support wellness resources for those under emotional stress and those in substance abuse recovery. It has resources to mental health clinics, different tools to promote wellness, provider services, recovery plans and publications.

TRAID Program (Technology Related Assistance for Individuals with Disabilities)
The Technology-Related Assistance for Individuals with Disabilities (TRAID) Program provides access to assistive technology to any New Yorker with a disability through Regional TRAID Centers. Regional TRAID Centers provide device loans and hands-on training to people with disabilities to access equipment, locate the Regional TRAID Center overseeing your county from the list below. The Justice Center administers TRAID through grants from the US Department of Health and Human Services Administration for Community Living (ACL), the NYS Department of Health and ACCES-VR. A variety of devices are loaned out for use in different settings such as at home, school, or work.. .
